RJ Joinery & Equestrian Services Ltd has been supplying quality timber frame buildings and joinery products for over 15 years, and is growing in many directions. The time has come where we would like to expand our workforce and so we have the following positions available: 

• Hands on Operations Manager
• Carpenter
• Joinery 
• Site Labourer
• Metal Worker

RJ Joinery & Equestrian prides itself on producing quality timber buildings and joinery products and to achieve this we pride ourselves on training and encouraging our staff to take the same pride. 

The, managing director, Roy is a firm believer in training for the future and has put many members of staff through their apprenticeships for carpentry & joinery, and even in the office. One of our latest apprenticeships actually went on to get an award in college for his achievements in his final year of Advanced Joinery. 

Training is offered in house for using machines and our processes on manufacture. 

Because we manufacture such a wide range of buildings and products there is a huge variety of work to be done. We work both in the workshop and out on site. Sites can be anywhere in the UK but travel and overnight stays are kept to a minimum due to use of outside contractors.
