We deliver and install across most of the UK, Ireland and Europe, from a single stable door to a full timber complex. Every product is designed and manufactured in-house in Hay-on-Wye, then carefully transported and fitted by our own team.
Delivery
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and your location. For heavier orders we send items by either half or full pallets. You can see prices and location zones in the tables below (please note rates may vary, subject to value and size of items ordered and fuel surcharges). You can also choose to collect your order at no extra cost.

International Delivery
We deliver worldwide. We will provide a bespoke delivery quotation before you place your order. You can use the “Save basket” system in our shopping cart to send us a list of the items you wish to order and we will provide a price for delivery.
How Delivery Works
Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where in the UK the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website basket and checkout areas, making the shopping process quick and easy.
Delivery times – standard size parcels – 3 – 5 working days
Larger consignments such as joinery products and metal work, please allow 7 – 10 working days, if you require before please call.
Your order will be packed as carefully as possible to avoid damage during delivery, but as we also aim to be as cost effective and environmentally friendly as we can, we re-use as much of our packaging as possible. This means your parcel may not be the most attractive on the outside but we are sure you will like what is on the inside.
Express Orders !!!
If you wish to have your order sent out on an Express Service please call the office on 01497 821100 by 10am. There is an additional charge of £5.00 for standard parcels, for any larger items, we will quote you when you call.
The express service may differ in peak season and is subject to stock levels.
Important Notice - Broken , Damaged or Missing Goods.
When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered againist your invoice/delivery note. Please advise within 24 hours of your goods being delivered if there is anything missing/damaged.
In order for us to make a claim with postal or courier companies and to replace your goods we will need photographic evidence of damaged boxes, packages and damaged/missing goods. Please also sign damaged or missing goods as “damaged delivery, goods not checked”
Products/Goods always remain the property of RJ Joinery Services Ltd until goods/products have been paid for in full.

During busy periods we try to maintain our delivery times, however please be aware that these may be extended on certain products depending on availability.
